United Care ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to help children thrive and support families in a compassionate, mission-driven team.

We offer flexible scheduling, competitive pay ($21–$28+ per hour) based on experience, a supportive workflow with clear protocols, and opportunities for growth toward lead RBT, trainer, or BCBA certifications. Full-time roles include PTO and benefits.

• Experience working with children in schools, camps, or similar settings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
