Job summary

Istss is seeking a Behavior Technician to implement Applied Behavior Analysis programs for clients aged 1 to 22 in home, ABA centers, and community settings under the clinical team’s direction. You will collect data, support treatment plans, train new staff, and work one-on-one with children who have special healthcare needs, coordinating with the Behavior Analyst.

We will pay for you to obtain RBT certification.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED is required.
• Bachelor’s Degree and/or RBT Credential (preferred) or Associate’s Degree (60+ credit hours) or High School Diploma/GED with 6 months of relevant experience.
• Must pass background checks and have a valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA programs for clients aged 1–22 in home, ABA center, and community settings under clinical direction.
• Collect data across multiple measurement systems and manage data as prescribed by the Behavior Analyst.
• Follow approved treatment plans and assist in training and orientation of new staff.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree or RBT Credential preferred

Associate’s Degree (60+ credits)

High School Diploma or GED with 6 months experience
