Job summary

Connect ABA + Therapy is seeking compassionate Behavior Technicians to support children with autism and developmental disabilities. You will work closely with a BCBA to implement personalized ABA plans across home, school, and community settings.

Responsibilities include data collection, progress tracking, and helping clients learn vital life skills in a supportive environment. Travel to clients' homes and schools is required.

Qualifications

• Follow detailed instructions and document data consistently.
• Reliable transportation to travel to clients' locations.
• Commitment to confidentiality and ethical guidelines.
• Patience, empathy and dedication to helping individuals with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Implement customized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) designed by the BCBA.
• Work one-on-one with clients using ABA methods (DTT, naturalistic teaching).
• Record and document client behavior and progress.
• Support clients in communication, social interaction, self-care and daily living.
• Create an encouraging and positive learning environment and promote engagement.
• Collaborate with the BCBA and other professionals to ensure consistency across settings.
• Maintain communication with families, caregivers, and team members.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with ABA practices.
