Job summary

Big Dreamers ABA is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with autism and other developmental disabilities. You will implement BCBA-developed behavior plans, collect data, and help families apply strategies across daily activities and social moments.

You will work one-on-one with clients in in-person settings, using ABA principles to promote communication, social skills, and independence, while collaborating with a dedicated clinical team.

Qualifications

• Prior experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Knowledge of ABA principles and techniques.
• Ability to effectively engage with children and adolescents.
• Experience in special education or behavioral health settings is a plus.
• Knowledge of medical documentation, care plans, and patient care practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under the guidance of a BCBA.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and track client progress through data collection.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of individualized treatment plans.
• Work closely with families and caregivers to ensure the consistent application of behavior strategies.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and medical records.
• Support clients in their daily living activities (ADLs) and social interactions.
• Conduct structured teaching sessions using ABA principles.
