Job summary

Connect ABA + Therapy is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to support individuals on the autism spectrum and other developmental challenges. You will work under a BCBA to implement tailored intervention plans and guide clients through ABA-based activities across homes and schools.

You will collect progress data, help develop functional skills, and maintain a supportive learning environment while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Travel to client locations is required.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) created by the BCBA
• Deliver one-on-one ABA instruction using DTT and naturalistic teaching
• Collect and record data on client behavior and progress
• Support clients in developing communication, social, self-care, and independent living skills
• Create a positive learning environment that promotes independence
• Collaborate with BCBA and team to adjust plans across settings
• Maintain open communication with families and team members
• Participate in ongoing ABA training and development
