Big Dreamers ABA is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with ASD through one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA guidance. You will help implement plans and track progress while collaborating with families.

The role emphasizes data-driven progress, daily living skills, and social interaction development, with opportunities for growth in ABA practice.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Familiarity with ABA concepts and data collection.
• Ability to engage children and adolescents effectively.
• Experience in education or behavioral health settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under the guidance of a BCBA.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and track client progress through data collection.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of individualized treatment plans.
• Work with families and caregivers to ensure consistent application of strategies.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and medical records.
• Support clients in daily living activities and social interactions.
• Conduct structured teaching sessions using ABA principles.
