Job summary

ABA Home Therapy is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician / RBT to deliver in-home, school, and community ABA services under BCBA supervision. You will implement personalized treatment plans to improve communication, behavior, ADLs, and social skills for clients on the autism spectrum.

Responsibilities include data collection, progress updates, family training, and participation in team meetings. A Bachelor's degree and valid driver's license are required, with BLS and RBT certification

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or a related field.
• BLS certification or willingness to obtain certification.
• Experience with children with developmental disabilities.
• Experience with children with behavior problems.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience working in home settings.
• Valid driver’s license, car insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Fluent English.
• RBT certification preferred for RBTs.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, school, and community settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by BCBAs.
• Collect data to monitor progress and effectiveness.
• Provide regular written and verbal progress updates on goals.
• Train families on implementing treatment plans.
• Participate in team meetings and trainings.
• Maintain professionalism in dress, timeliness, and communication.
