Behavioral Health Works is seeking a compassionate Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver in-home and community-based ABA therapy to children and adolescents with ASD, under supervision. You will track progress and implement behavior support plans.

Ideal candidates have 60 college credits or equivalent experience, reliable transportation, and availability after 3 PM; part-time schedule 10–15 hours/week with travel between client locations; supportive team and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Deliver in-home & community-based ABA therapy to children and adolescents with ASD.
• Track client progress during sessions and document data.
• Engage with active kiddos with energy and patience.
