Pediatric Therapy, LLC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide direct client care and early intervention under BCBA guidance. You will assist in assessments, treatment planning, and one-on-one interventions to develop communication, social, play, and daily living skills.

The role includes ABA therapy in clinic or home-based settings, implementing treatment plans, and maintaining EMR documentation.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required and must be active with BACB.
• Strong ability to work in a diverse population of children.
• Collaborative spirit with other disciplines as needed.

Responsabilités

• Provide ABA therapy in outpatient or home-based settings.
• Implement Individualized Treatment Plans under BCBA direction.
• Complete documentation and supervision requirements.
• Maintain detailed daily treatment notes in EMR for billing.
