Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• In good standing with the BACB.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy to clients in outpatient clinic or home-based settings.
• Implement Individualized Treatment Plans (ITPs) under supervision of BCBA/BCBAs.
• Document daily treatment notes in EMR for proper billing and records.
• Conduct intake assessments and develop behavior plans based on assessment results.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and team members to support client needs.
• Attend therapy meetings and CEU trainings as required.
