Job summary

Associates In Pediatric Therapy Llc is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver high-quality early intervention services under supervision of BCBAs. The role involves direct client care, behavior assessment, and development of treatment plans focusing on language, social, play, and functional living skills.

The position requires a current RBT certification and the ability to work with a diverse pediatric population in clinic or home-based settings, with occasional travel to APT

Qualifications

• Must hold an active RBT certification. BACB regulations must be maintained.
• Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and families.
• Strong communication and documentation skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy to clients in outpatient or home-based settings.
• Implement treatment plans under supervision of BCBAs/consultants.
• Complete all required documentation and supervision per state board requirements.
• Maintain detailed daily notes for billing and treatment tracking.
• Travel to assigned locations as needed and participate in meetings.
• Adhere to professional licensure and CEU requirements.
