Job summary

Associates in Pediatric Therapy is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support direct client care in outpatient or home-based settings. The role involves implementing ABA therapy and collaborating with BCBAs to develop and monitor treatment plans for children across language, social, play, and functional living skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Active RBT certification in good standing with BACB.
• Able to work with diverse pediatric populations.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy to clients in outpatient or home-based settings.
• Implement IT Ps under direction of behavior analysts/consultants.
• Develop resources and support information for patients and families.
• Complete all documentation and supervisory requirements for RBT.
• Maintain detailed daily treatment notes in the EMR for billing.
• Conduct intake assessments and develop behavior plans from results.
• Refer to additional patient services as needed.
• Communicate and collaborate with RBTs, BCBAs, families, and the team.
• Participate in therapy meetings as scheduled.
• Attend CEU training to maintain licensure.
• Comply with federal, state, and local certification requirements.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
