Job summary

Pediatric Therapy, LLC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide high-quality ABA-based early intervention with BCBA supervision. The RBT will perform direct client care, implement ITPs, and document progress in EMR to support billing and outcomes.

Ideal candidates are comfortable working with diverse children in outpatient and home-based settings, able to travel to assigned locations, and committed to ongoing CEU training and licensure requirements.

• Engage with families and support networks to implement behavior plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy in outpatient or home-based settings.
• Implement ITPs under BCBA direction and document progress.
• Prepare daily treatment notes in EMR for billing and care records.
• Conduct intake assessments and develop behavior plans.
• Refer for additional services as needed.
• Communicate with BCBAs, families, and team members to support clients.
• Attend therapy meetings and CEU trainings to maintain licensure.
