Mastermind Behavior Services in Sicklerville, NJ is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver in-home 1:1 ABA therapy and support families. The role involves implementing BCBA-designed plans, collecting progress data, and maintaining a safe, positive session environment.

Ideal candidates have or are pursuing the 40-hour RBT course, a high school diploma, and the ability to pass a background check.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) course.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
