Job summary

Gersh Autism in Concord, New Hampshire, is seeking a compassionate RBT to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to students with ASD under BCBA supervision. The role involves delivering center- and school-based sessions, collecting data, and coordinating with families and school staff.

The ideal candidate holds an active BACB RBT certification, a high school diploma or equivalent, and demonstrates strong communication and teamwork skills. Travel between centers may be required.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active RBT certification from the BACB.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with children with developmental disabilities or autism is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in center-based and school-based settings.
• Follow and implement individualized behavior intervention plans designed by the BCBA.
• Collect accurate data and maintain session notes on client progress.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, teachers, and families to ensure consistency of interventions.
• Assist in setting up and maintaining therapy materials and environments for sessions.
