Job summary

Blossom ABA Therapy LLC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-to-one ABA services to children with autism. You will work under the supervision of a BCBA, follow individualized treatment plans, and help clients build meaningful skills.

Responsibilities include delivering services in various settings, implementing programs, collecting data, and maintaining thorough documentation. Travel to cases is required, with professional communication to caregivers and scheduling

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required and BACB-registered.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; college coursework helpful.
• Experience with children or individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to assigned locations are required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct ABA services in homes, schools, clinics, or community settings.
• Implement behavior-reduction and skill-acquisition programs as written by the BCBA.
• Collect data and complete session notes accurately and promptly.
• Communicate professionally with caregivers, supervisors, and scheduling staff.
• Participate in supervision, training, and competency reviews.
• Follow ethical, clinical, privacy, safety, and documentation requirements.
• Travel to assigned cases and maintain consistent attendance.
