Job summary

Blue Gems ABA Therapy is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement behavior plans and collect real-time data under BCBA supervision, collaborating with families to support consistent skill development.

The role emphasizes delivering high-quality interventions, maintaining a safe and engaging environment, and contributing to positive outcomes for the children and families we serve.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or eligibility to obtain certification.
• High School Diploma required; BA in related field a plus.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with ASD in home, school, or clinic settings.
• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy.
• Implement behavior plans and skill-acquisition programs.
• Collect accurate progress data using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers.
• Maintain a safe, positive, engaging session environment.
