Job summary

Blue Gems ABA Therapy is seeking an RBT to provide high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement individualized behavior intervention plans prepared by the supervising BCBA.

You will collect data, collaborate with BCBA families and caregivers, and maintain a safe, positive session environment. A high school diploma is required, with a preference for further study in psychology or related fields.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or eligibility to obtain it.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in home, school, or clinic settings.
• Implement behavior intervention plans designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to support consistency.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment during sessions.
