Job summary

Blue Gems ABA Therapy seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in home, school, or clinic settings, following individualized plans created by supervising BCBA. Collaborate with BCBA and families, collect progress data, and ensure a safe, engaging session environment.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification (or eligibility)
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Psychology/Education a plus
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to support consistency and meaningful skill development.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
