Job summary

Blue Gems ABA Therapy is hiring RBTs to provide one-to-one ABA therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder across home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement individualized plans under BCBA supervision and collect progress data using clinical software.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or eligibility to obtain certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's in psychology or related field is a plus.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays is preferred.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Passion for helping children and families to achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children diagnosed with ASD in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to support consistency and meaningful skill development.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment during sessions.
