Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking an RBT to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in home, school, or clinic settings, under supervision by a BCBA. You will implement individualized intervention plans and collect progress data to inform ongoing treatment.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or eligibility to obtain certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental delays.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in home, school, or clinic settings.
• Implement behavior intervention plans designed by supervising BCBA.
• Collect real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers for consistency.
• Maintain a safe, positive, engaging environment during sessions.
