Blue Gems ABA is seeking an enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technician to support children with Autism Spectrum Disorder across home, school, or clinic settings in North Carolina. You will implement individualized ABA plans under supervision, collecting progress data and ensuring a positive learning environment for each child.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification (or eligibility to obtain)
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's in Psychology/Education a plus
• Experience with children with autism or developmental delays
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers for consistency and skill development.
• Maintain a safe, positive environment during sessions.
