Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking a dedicated RBT to deliver high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement plans designed by the supervising BCBA and collect real-time progress data, while collaborating with families and caregivers to ensure consistency and meaningful skill growth.

The role emphasizes a safe, engaging environment and strong communication with the clinical team. Experience with autism and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers.
• Maintain a safe, engaging environment during sessions.
