Blue Gems ABA Therapy is hiring an RBT to provide high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement individualized plans and collect real-time progress data with supervision from a BCBA.

Ideal candidates have active RBT certification, a HS diploma (Bachelor's degree a plus), and strong communication skills. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.

Formación

• Active RBT certification or eligibility to obtain certification.
• HS diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Work 1:1 with children diagnosed with ASD in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to support consistency and meaningful skill development.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
