Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking a compassionate RBT to provide high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to children with ASD in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement individualized behavior intervention plans designed by the supervising BCBA and collect real-time progress data using clinical software.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or eligibility to obtain certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's in Psychology/Education or related field a plus.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior plans and skill-building programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to support consistency.
• Maintain a safe, positive environment during sessions.
