Job summary

Total Care ABA is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our in-home and in-school services across Tennessee. You will provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA and help children and families achieve meaningful goals.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification required and registered on the BACB Registry.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with children preferred but not required.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, and community settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect, record, and report data on client progress.
• Support the development of communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and families.
