Total Care ABA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Cleveland, TN. You will work one-on-one with children in home, school, and community settings to deliver ABA therapy and document progress.

The position offers flexible scheduling, travel within Tennessee, training, and growth opportunities. RBT certification and BACB registration are required, with a HS diploma or GED. Benefits for full-time staff are provided.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is required.
• Active registration with the BACB is required.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Experience working with children is preferred.
• ABA experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document client data accurately.
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members.
• Celebrate client successes and help create meaningful progress.
• Accurately keep record of client’s progress.
• Travel to client’s homes/community settings, as required to deliver services.
• Services provided in person throughout Tennessee.
• Participate in initial and ongoing staff training and commit to ongoing learning.
