Total Care ABA is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in homes and schools across Tennessee. You will support children and families under BCBA supervision and help achieve meaningful goals.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification on BACB Registry.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, and community settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect, record, and report data on client progress.
• Support the development of communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and families.
