Job summary

Blue Gems ABA seeks compassionate RBTs to work 1:1 with children diagnosed with ASD in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing individualized behavior plans.

You will collaborate with supervising BCBA, collect data, and help families achieve meaningful progress while maintaining a safe, engaging environment. We offer professional development and strong clinical support with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification (or eligibility to obtain certification).
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to support consistency and meaningful skill development.
• Maintain a safe, positive environment for the child during sessions.
