Job summary

Blue Gems ABA Therapy is seeking an RBT to work 1:1 with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement individualized behavior plans and deliver ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.

You will collect progress data, collaborate with families and caregivers, and ensure a safe, engaging session environment while supporting meaningful skill development for each child.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required or eligible to obtain certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with ASD in home, school, or clinic settings.
• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA therapy.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers for consistency.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment during sessions.
