Job summary

Blue Gems ABA seeks an RBT to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with ASD in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement intervention plans, collect progress data, and work with families and supervising BCBAs to support skill development.

The role emphasizes making meaningful outcomes for children and families, with a supportive clinical team and ongoing professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have active RBT certification or be eligible to obtain one.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers.
• Maintain a safe, positive environment during sessions.
