Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is hiring RBTs to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement plans designed by the supervising BCBA and collect data on progress using clinical software.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification (or eligibility to obtain).
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• As an RBT, work 1:1 with children diagnosed with ASD in home, school, or clinic settings.
• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs.
• Collect accurate real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to support consistency.
