Job summary

Carry On Therapy is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide in-home, school, or clinic ABA services. The role requires an active RBT certification at application and offers pay between $20 and $24 per hour, depending on experience, with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required at time of application.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, or clinic settings.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members.
• Maintain a positive, supportive, and safe session environment.
