Job summary

Brighter Strides ABA Therapy is seeking qualified Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism. You will be placed in a rewarding role with room for growth and guidance to help you become the best clinical therapist you can be.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to undergo background check.

Responsibilities

• Travel to clients' homes to provide one-on-one therapy following the ABA program set up by the BCBA.
• Be available for supervision, phone conferences and team meetings as required by the BCBA.
• Have a vehicle for commuting to locations and be punctual to appointments.
• Record and enter data from each session daily using provided electronic systems.
