Job summary

Above and Beyond Therapy is seeking a qualified Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to provide the highest standard of care to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. The role offers flexible hours, opportunities for growth, and supportive guidance to help you become the best clinical therapist you can be.

You will deliver direct 1:1 ABA therapy in home settings, implement treatment plans, collect data, and collaborate with supervising BCBA and team members.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder.
• Effective communication in English, including verbal and written skills.
• The ability to communicate effectively with coworkers, supervisors, and families.
• Valid state identification card.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in the home.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and programs as written by the supervising BCBA.
• Data collection and session note submission.
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors.
• Participate regularly in staff meetings and trainings.
• You must have a vehicle and valid driver’s license to commute from each location and be prompt to appointments.
• Other duties as assigned.
