Job summary

Above and Beyond Therapy is seeking a qualified Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in the home setting. You will implement individualized treatment plans, collect data, and collaborate with supervising BCBA and staff to support each child’s progress.

• Experience working with children on the autism spectrum and in ABA settings.
• Strong written and spoken English communication.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in the home.
• Implement individualized treatment plans as written by the supervising BCBA.
• Data collection and session note submission.
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors.
• Participate in staff meetings and trainings.
• Must have a vehicle and be prompt to appointments.
• Other duties as assigned.
