Job summary

Above and Beyond Therapy is seeking a qualified Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to provide high-quality ABA therapy to children with ASD. The role offers flexible hours, opportunities for growth, and supervision to help you reach your career goals.

Responsibilities include 1:1 ABA therapy at home or clinic, data collection, and collaboration with BCBA supervisors. Must have vehicle, valid license, and pass background checks; travel up to 25% is required. Compensation is competitive.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children on the autism spectrum.
• Clear and effective English communication, written and verbal.
• Ability to communicate well with coworkers, supervisors, and families.
• Valid state identification card.
• Reliable transportation to commute to locations.
• Must pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in the home or in clinic environments.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and programs as written by the supervising BCBA.
• Data collection and session note submission.
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors.
• Participate regularly in staff meetings and trainings.
• You must have a vehicle and valid drivers license to commute from each location and be prompt to appointments.
• Other duties as assigned.
