Acclimate ABA is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in clients' homes, schools, and community settings. You’ll implement BCBA-created treatment plans and help clients progress with data-driven sessions.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification through BACB.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Compassionate, professional client support.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Reliable transportation for commuting to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients in home, school, and community settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data during each session to track client progress.
• Write clear session notes and collaborate with caregivers and supervisors.
