Job summary

Above and Beyond Therapy is seeking a qualified Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to provide ABA therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder. The role focuses on administering 1:1 sessions in home or clinic settings and implementing therapy plans under BCBA supervision.

Ideal candidates hold an RBT certification, demonstrate strong English communication, and have reliable transportation for travel up to 25% across locations.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder.
• RBT certification required to provide ABA therapy under supervision.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in home or clinic environments.
• Implement individualized treatment plans as written by the supervising BCBA.
• Data collection and session note submission.
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors; participate in regular staff meetings and trainings.
• Travel up to 25% to multiple locations for client sessions.
