Job summary

Alight Behavioral provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children on the autism spectrum. We are hiring Behavior Technicians and RBTs to deliver one‑on‑one therapy sessions using positive reinforcement to teach new skills and reduce challenging behaviors.

We welcome both newcomers to the field and experienced RBTs/ABA Therapists. Full‑time and part‑time positions are available, with comprehensive training and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Completed 40-hour RBT training course.
• Previous ABA experience preferred.
• Excellent references.
• RBT certification preferred; we are willing to assist you in attaining RBT status.

Responsibilities

• 1:1 therapy sessions
• Teach play skills and social skills
• Teach self‑help skills
• Document session outcomes
• Provide behavior support within group settings
