Job summary

Brighter Steps ABA seeks dedicated ABA Therapists/RBTs to work one-on-one with children diagnosed with Autism, delivering ABA in home, school, or community settings. You will implement plans from a supervising BCBA, collect real-time data, and reinforce goals while maintaining confidentiality and professional boundaries.

We offer paid training, support with RBT certification, and opportunities for advancement as we expand nationally.

Qualifications

• RBT certification preferred; we can help you become certified.
• Experience working with children or individuals with special needs.
• Strong communication, patience, and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the home, school, or community setting.
• Implement individualized treatment plans created by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data during each session.
• Follow behavior intervention strategies and provide reinforcement effectively.
• Communicate regularly with your supervising BCBA.
• Maintain professional boundaries and protect client confidentiality.
• Attend team meetings, training, and supervision as required.
