Job summary

Acclimate ABA is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy in clients' homes, schools, and community settings. The role supports BCBA-designed treatment plans, with data collection and progress notes integral to care.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification with BACB
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Commitment to compassionate, professional client support
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Reliable transportation to client sites

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients in home, school, and community settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data during each session to track progress.
• Write clear, detailed session notes documenting outcomes and improvements.
• Collaborate with supervisors, peers, and caregivers to promote learning and skill development.
