Job summary

Blue Gems ABA Therapy is seeking an RBT to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement plans designed by a supervising BCBA, collect data, and collaborate with families and caregivers. A valid RBT certification and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or eligible to obtain.
• HS Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree a plus.
• Experience with autism or developmental delays preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior plans and skill programs designed by the BCBA.
• Collect real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers.
• Maintain a safe, positive environment during sessions.
