Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician to support children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement individualized intervention plans and deliver high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy under supervision.

You will collect real-time progress data, collaborate with BCBA supervisors and families, and help create a safe, engaging learning environment. A passion for helping children and reliable transportation are essential.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or eligibility to obtain certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's in Psychology or related field a plus.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental delays preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency and generalization of skills.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
