Job summary

Blue Gems ABA Therapy is seeking an energetic RBT to join our team delivering 1:1 ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement individualized behavior intervention plans designed by the supervising BCBA and collect real-time data on progress.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification
• High School Diploma or equivalent required (Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus)
• Experience with children with autism or developmental delays preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software
• Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency and generalization of skills
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions
