Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking an RBT to provide high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home, school, or clinic settings, under the supervision of a BCBA. You will implement individualized behavior intervention plans and collect data using clinical software.

You’ll collaborate with families and clinicians, maintain a safe, engaging session environment, and grow through structured onboarding, ongoing trainings, and career development opportunities in a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification (or eligibility to obtain certification).
• High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to support consistency and meaningful skill development.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
