Job summary

Blue Gems ABA Therapy is seeking an RBT to provide high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement individualized behavior intervention plans and collect progress data. We value reliability, strong communication, and a passion for helping families achieve meaningful outcomes.

A valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation are required. We offer ongoing professional development, mentorship, and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or eligibility to obtain certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's level is a plus.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in home, school, or clinic settings.
• Implement behavior intervention plans designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate progress data using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to support skill development.
• Maintain a safe, positive environment during sessions.
