Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is hiring for an RBT to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy with children diagnosed with autism in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement plans designed by supervising BCBA and track progress with clinical software.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification (or eligibility to obtain certification)
• High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field is a plus
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, 1:1 ABA therapy to clients
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software
• Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to support consistency and meaningful skill development
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions
