Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement individualized intervention plans developed by supervising BCBAs, collect real-time progress data, and collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure consistent skill development.

Qualifications

Active Registered Behavior Technician certification (or eligible to obtain) required.
High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to support consistency and meaningful skill development.
Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
