Blue Gems ABA Therapy is hiring an RBT to work 1:1 with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement individualized behavior programs under supervision and collect progress data.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required or eligible to obtain certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to support consistency and meaningful skill development.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
